Our Story
A journey from humble beginnings to Perth’s most reviewed multi-service provider
How It All Started
On 1 April 2019, Kamal Raut founded Smart Mechatron Solution — trading as GuyPlusUte.com — starting with garden rubbish removal, car wrecking, and verge recycling across Perth’s northern suburbs.
But it quickly became about more than just clean-ups. When a customer’s old couch was still usable, Kamal didn’t dump it — he gave it to a family on Facebook Marketplace who needed one. When mattresses piled up, he found recycling facilities instead of sending them to landfill.
In 2022, heavy lifting services launched with crane, forklift, and stair climber. 2023 brought 3D printing and licensed security installation. In 2025, the dedicated Guy-Plus 3D Scanning service went live with 0.1 micron precision — and the journey keeps growing.

Key milestones from a one-man operation to Perth’s most versatile service provider
The Beginning — Garden & Recycling
Smart Mechatron Solution registered (ABN 58648387881). Started as GuyPlusUte.com — garden rubbish removal, car wrecking, and verge recycling in Balcatta, Perth. The circular economy mission began from day one.
Building Community Trust
Grew from garden clean-ups into furniture delivery and removal. Donated usable items via Facebook Marketplace. Established recycling partnerships. Built reputation through word-of-mouth across Perth’s northern suburbs.
Heavy Lifting Services
Expanded into professional lifting — added 60kg hydraulic crane, forklift, and 220kg stair climbing machine. Now handling up to 250kg, taking on jobs removalists couldn’t do.
3D Printing & Security Licensing
Launched 3D printing services — PLA, ABS, Nylon, Carbon Fibre — multi-material and multi-colour. Obtained wireless security installer, consultant, and agent licenses. Started CCTV, smart locks, and alarm installation at $100/device.
Drone & Mechatronics
Added aerial photography, inspection, and photogrammetry services. Began mechatronics system design for industrial clients. Started hiring newcomers needing employment.
Guy-Plus 3D Scanning
Launched dedicated 3D scanning service — 0.1 micron precision (0.0001mm). Reverse engineering, scan-to-print, AI mesh cleanup. STL/OBJ/PLY/STEP export. Serving engineering, medical, museum, and research sectors.
5000+ Deliveries & Growing
Surpassed 5000 deliveries. 120+ Google reviews at 4.9 stars. Student/pensioner 2% discount program. Working 7 days including all holidays. Researching drone lifting, robotic automation, GuyPlus Rocket, and 4D technology.
